1. It keeps on showing the "Unstable Internet Connection" error even if I have stable internet connection! It is a hassle that I am unable to make important transactions because of this! I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the error remains the same!In all the years I've been using mobile banking apps in different banks, BPI mobile is the first app I encountered that let you pay for verification via sms instead of them sending one.
2. This caused me too much inconvenience.App is okay for BPI to BPI transactions but since Mobile Key function doesn't work, you can't transfer to other banks at all! Messaged the Customer Service but it didn't follow-up on my concern.
3. This is a bug that needs to be fixed.App became buggy after the last update, I was forced to change my password since it can't be recognized by the app, forced to deactivate mobile key because it says "wrong mobile key" even if i haven't changed it for quiet some time.
4. Why do I need an app just to view my balance? Bpi is too slow in everything... too slow in emv chip, too slow w/ electronic transfer, too slow in mobile app.
5. Now trying to reactive notification for mobile key and it doesn't proceed, it keeps on loading and loading.
6. But this time, when I tapped the toggle to turn on mobile key, it says the MK on your previous device will be deactivated.
7. App still doesn't work on a motorola phone, it's been more than a year.
8. This app does not work! I really want to open an account using the app since i am abroad and it lets me do all the steps except the last one where a selfie has to be taken.
9. Glad they are not the only banks.I can't activate my Mobile Key anymore.
10. I was able to use the mobile key without any problems until I had my phone undergo repair.
11. Now i can't use any feature that requires Mobile key since it has been deactivated.
