1. This is really inconvenient.Just opened an account yesterday, funded it cause I need to transfer a certain amount to another account but I can't finish the transfer because the "select source account" drop-down shows nothing! Is this a joke? Very disappointed! How can I get my money back???!!! UPDATE: Now I can't log in anymore to my account, it says wrong user name or password, when I tried to request to reset my password, input my email and account number, "NO RECORD FOUND" pops up! Why is that?Poor banking experience.
2. It says the update is compatible with my phone so I don't understand the problem.I've tried the 10 pesos service charge transfer, they really delay it to almost 3 days and I even filed for a report on the second day.
3. A lot of things need to be better in the app.On UX I am using this app but it's so disappointing that the biometric system you add in the mobile app can only be used during login but does not apply when you transact online i.e bank to bank transaction.
4. It's inconvenient.Very disappointed, I keep on getting error message on enrollment, I even called multiple times on the phone support and promising they will fix it but never ending errors.
5. Also, the otp countdown written is 5 minutes but the real countdown applied is only a minute which feels frustrating because the sms will take time to send and when you have the otp the code number expire.
6. Coz evertime I finish filling the enter old password & confirm new password.
7. Coz Now I'm not able to know if the reset password that i've comply thus really succeeded.
8. Would not recommend.Forgot password reset screws me.
9. Despite choosing to "change the password later", this app forces me to change my password.
10. Also, I will have to wait for 3 days for my device to be registered on my account.
11. I hope you'll improved on the user experience more for the convenience using the app.Overall poor experience.
