1. Fix JTD Cam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart JTD Cam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the JTD Cam App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JTD Cam" » Open JTD Cam -Smart Camera App » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JTD Cam » click "UPDATE".
- Clear JTD Cam -Smart Camera App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JTD Cam servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JTD Cam -Smart Camera App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check JTD Cam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JTD Cam might not work.
