1. I now have to reach my credit card company to stop the charges..Great app that makes ordering landscape services a breeze! Just enter your info and what type of service you want and watch it happen! Perfect for snowbirds as you get real time photos of the completed work.

2. As soon as I put in my card info it's charge me 1.00. Never booked a service because wasn't sure it would cover my area and the coverage is very vague on the first page "and suburbs" if someone signs up and you don't cover the area something should pop up and say right away.

3. Booked snow clearing service through this app, received confirmation immediately that a contractor accepted, later received a time window, but nobody showed up and no notification of cancellation received.

4. I contacted the contractor and he accepted the cancellation, but he still said I need to contact Eden to make sure no charge on the credit card.

5. We tried to re-request service but were not allowed to do so because there was an "active job on the account." We called customer service and were initially hung up on.

6. Yet, my credit card was charged 3 TIMES for this one service that never happened.

7. It had been 2 weeks since my last "weekly" service and then the man who had accepted my job cancelled.

1. Fix Eden Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Eden: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Eden App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Eden" » Open Eden – Lawn & Snow » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Eden » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Eden – Lawn & Snow app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Eden servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eden – Lawn & Snow" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Eden app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eden might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Eden. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eden then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eden not working

2. Fix Eden Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Eden be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Eden not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Eden may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
