This app does a great job of updating what is on the market and new rent options, it also does a great job of understanding what you are looking for and making sure it gives you the places that fit you desires whilst not preventing you from seeing and exploring entirely different positions.I've been using Trulia on and off for about 6-7 years (everytime we have to move).

2. You have to delete saved searches on a computer but it will still send notifications on deleted searches.simple to use, the only downside is I haven't been able to swipe across to switch between properties while on the map as u can in Zillow.

3. I don't want a house to keep popping up in my search query if I'm not interested in it.Overall I think the app is great! I love the crime heat map, the fact that you can enter in your commute and the school ratings for the area.

4. It also gives great visuals, that allow you to zoom in so you can see bettter, and provides a lot of other great information about the properties.Used to love this app.

5. Problem solved.Good app with more listings than others -- but neighborhood boundaries are nearly pointless and impossible to turn off! 50% of the time I try to tap on a house, it selects the neighborhood instead, draws a boundary, and eliminates outside listings.

6. so while u can find properties on Trulia those are the two major downsides to utilizing the app, it's annoying enough that I may go back ZillowThis is a really good app when looking to buy or rent a houses or apartments.

7. Also, the default notifications are overkill, and a pain to turn off one by one.Other than an occasional address that is not where it says it is on the map, and the realtor button located in a place that is easy to hit on accident, this app is wonderful.

8. I would select get directions to see how far away from my job, my husband's job, and our parents house was when looking for potential houses.

11. It will lose you apartments! If the lister wants more details, you can't provide those w/one click, and you will not be able to send any more messages after you use it.

1. Fix Trulia Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Trulia: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Trulia App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Trulia" » Open Trulia: Homes For Sale & Rent » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Trulia » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Trulia: Homes For Sale & Rent app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Trulia servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Trulia: Homes For Sale & Rent" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Trulia app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Trulia might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Trulia. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Trulia then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Trulia not working

2. Fix Trulia Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Trulia be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Trulia not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Trulia may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
