1. It's not a saved search so why is it deciding to alert you just because something was looked at? There's also no clear way to stop them without disabling all notifications since it's not clear how/why they even started.After a week of looking at properties, noticed a lot of the ones I looked at in the website are missing.

2. There are too many bugs with this app.Most annoying thing is that you can't just check a specific area or property without the app deciding to send push notifications for that area.

3. Not sure if it's slow on purpose so people will get the app instead of use the site, but it being so slow only pushes people to use other sites instead.

4. I am getting notifications for rentals and I'm not in the rental market!I do really like this app, but one thing I've not yet figured out is how to save my preferences for rentals.

5. Regularly get a 'search error.' Now app doesn't sync with desktop, with either showing listings previously viewed as unviewed.

6. Edit - They contacted me from the app but I've tried working with them before on many of the similar issues and the problems never get resolved.So much better than the website.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Realtor.com Real Estate & Rent" » Open Realtor.com Real Estate & Rent » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Realtor.com Real Estate & Rent » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Realtor.com Real Estate & Rent app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Realtor.com Real Estate & Rent servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Realtor.com Real Estate & Rent" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Realtor.com Real Estate & Rent app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Realtor.com Real Estate & Rent might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Realtor.com Real Estate & Rent. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Realtor.com Real Estate & Rent then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Realtor.com Real Estate & Rent not working
