What's incredibly frustrating is that if you are looking at particular listing and then flick to another app (typically google maps to look at the location of the house there) when you return to Fotocasa you are automatically taken to the home page instead of where you were in the site, and have to start all over again, which is incredibly frustrating and time consuming.Alerts don't work properly.

2. I'm rating 3 stars because when I use the "trace area" tool to select an area where I want to search, if I choose "save as alert" the alert saves the filters chosen like price, number of bedrooms etc, but it doesn't save the selected area traced in the map.

3. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or its a bug?Would be nice to be able to choose the exact price range you wish to purchase in to save time, plus it would be nice to only receive property types I'm looking for IE houses not flatsYou fixed it.

4. Secondly, and probably not Fotocasa's faulty, I sent rental request messages to 6 different businesses last week through the message system and have not had a single response yet.

1. Fix Fotocasa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fotocasa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fotocasa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fotocasa" » Open Fotocasa: Houses & Flats » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fotocasa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fotocasa: Houses & Flats app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fotocasa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fotocasa: Houses & Flats" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fotocasa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fotocasa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fotocasa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fotocasa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fotocasa not working

2. Fix Fotocasa Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fotocasa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fotocasa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fotocasa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
