1. Constantly freezes/ stops working, which isn't great when looking, applying and booking inspections for rental properties is extremely time sensitive in the current market, "first in best dressed"!Very slow & stressful to use.

2. I am unable to log in and am constantly given an error message (Oops, looks like you got lost in space) Not being able to use the website to view and apply more efficiently is extremely frustrating.

3. I have to sign into the app first (using my mobile number) and then click the link in the email.Every time I try to open this app it says there is a bug & needs an update before it can open.

4. I've installed the app, but every time I click a link in an email that directs me to the property listing in the app, I have to "sign up with mobile" and it doesn't let me create an account to save time.
