1. Not too impressed!Garbage, total garbage... I have installed app, linked to camera, worked great, 1st time, some lag, but still decent, The motion detector sensed motion, went back to app to Have it unable to connect.. Went through all setting, 95 % signal strength, but could not connect.

2. First of all its like a guessing game figuring out how to navigate the different tabs to customize the lights.Then you see premade scenes, and only one of them allows you to change multiple colors (just 6..and no speed changing).You cant save that scene, so none of your other devices will match it.

3. The actual hardware is fine; it's just a shame that no care or attention whatsoever went into the ability to interface with the lightsCamera connects to wifi easily enough, but when I move it to the place I need it (still well within my wifi range) it never connects again.

4. Deleted app, reinstall camera, works for 30 sec then can't connect! Returned! 😲Awful! It works for 2 days and then you're offline, so whatever light setting you left off is stuck that way.

5. The camera is okay, but there doesn't seem to be a way to download videos to my phone or tablet, so no way to share videos.

6. I have an SD chip in the camera n yet I never seem to get a playback option to work cuz there's nothing recorded.

7. It's really quite annoying because the snap shot function never captures the motion that triggers the camera.

8. But still the fact that I sat at my front door for 3 hours resetting it, disconnecting it from power putting it back on, tried a different router and changed my wifi password.

9. Event recording doesn't record long enough, but with continous recording, it's difficult to find events.

10. You have to move the timeline to a specific time, then watch in real time to find the event.

11. And no matter how u adjust the sensitivity settings the camera constantly seems to be talking pictures of nothing.

1. Fix BAZZ Smart Home Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BAZZ Smart Home: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BAZZ Smart Home App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BAZZ Smart Home" » Open BAZZ Smart Home » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BAZZ Smart Home » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BAZZ Smart Home app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BAZZ Smart Home servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BAZZ Smart Home" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BAZZ Smart Home app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BAZZ Smart Home might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BAZZ Smart Home. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BAZZ Smart Home then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BAZZ Smart Home not working


2. Fix BAZZ Smart Home Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BAZZ Smart Home be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BAZZ Smart Home not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BAZZ Smart Home may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
