1. For whatever reason the pro version is broken, by this I mean that it is dropping between 98-100% of frames on a 2Mb stream (rendering it useless) whereas the free version is dropping no more than 8% of frames on the same stream.I had been using this for about a year now, was working fine but sometime around june / july i started getting random disconnects / error messages and would have to restart the app.

2. Also, is it normal to be able to only view one camera at a time? Update 03 Nov 2020: I cannot change the IP address in the app, so I cannot connect.In general, the features and settings are pretty good and customizable, almost approaching into perfect.

1. Fix tinyCam Monitor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart tinyCam Monitor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the tinyCam Monitor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "tinyCam Monitor" » Open tinyCam Monitor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for tinyCam Monitor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear tinyCam Monitor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from tinyCam Monitor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "tinyCam Monitor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check tinyCam Monitor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, tinyCam Monitor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall tinyCam Monitor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall tinyCam Monitor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing tinyCam Monitor not working
