1. Unable to contact property owners/managers- unable to update renter profile error, Unable to view all property details/info- will just be blank where info is normally located, Unable to access any info at all after selecting a property on map- just shows blank screen.

When I opened it today, it worked differently- you have to swipe up to see multiple properties, and now the only way to flip through properties in the map view is by clicking on each property, which is a pain especially when there are dense clusters of points.Latest update has caused the app not work anymore.

3. Also there is an "Estimated Monthly Cost" calculator that use listing price to calculate property taxes, not the assessed value.One thing I love about this is the simple ability to zoom in on the photos.

4. The search filter will pull up homes just fine and as I go around the area I'm looking at for different options available it starts doing this constantly.

1. Fix Zillow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zillow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zillow App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zillow" » Open Zillow: Homes For Sale & Rent » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zillow » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zillow: Homes For Sale & Rent app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zillow servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zillow: Homes For Sale & Rent" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zillow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zillow might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zillow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zillow then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zillow not working

2. Fix Zillow Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zillow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zillow not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zillow may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
