1. It lets you use your flashlight to light in the area you're recording, it even gives you the option to switch from front camera to rear camera remotely, multiple cameras and it has a low light adjustment.This app was great when I first got it in 2020 but lately it's been going downhill fast.

5. The app is simple and efficient and the cameras picture quality is stunningly clear and does a great job capturing the details needed if ever you experience an intruder etc and need to be able to really see what the person look like etc.

6. I will see it record but then it won't be in the history to watch it.The free version detects motion and records events.

7. The camera does record when there is movement but only records very short clips even if there is continuous movement.

8. However, they're asking for credit card information without showing the cost.I seriously need to be in the beta testers group to help make several important improvements to the connectivity, dashboard functions, and to further enhance the transmission of audio during live viewing.

9. The free version has plenty of options such motion detection, 24-hour continuous recordings, notifications for when motion happens so you can check it right from your cellphone anywhere.

10. I dont want my phone / camera to be put on the spot by having to turn on the flashlight to see.

11. When I excitedly opened the viewer to check my camera, it was unable to connect, and the "reconnect" mechanism didn't work.

I have discovered that someone else was deleting video moments and events from my account because they located the camera I setup and then used the device to delete content almost faster than I could see it from the viewer device. I want to go back as far as April 2022 if possible and recover deleted videos. I know I cannot do that from my mobile or online so I am hoping that you retain footage for later use purposes. There are videos that are missing in our "events log".. is there a way that you can send me all of the events from June 17th and 18th, 2021. I have paid for the premium version of the app I believe Simone has hacked my Alfred acct and erased the videos of themselves in my home it is crucial that we get these events because we think that somebody might have accessed our home during both of these times. There are videos that are missing in our "events log".. is there a way that you can send me all of the events from April 2- April 12, 2021? I have paid for the premium version of the app and have been an active user of the Alfred Camera app for well over 4 years now.. and have recommended y'all to numerous people who are now users of your app.. I have never had an issue with the app in the past. We actually set the camera up in our window when we leave or go to sleep to make sure that we are safe.. and it seems as though a few of the days events are not in the log and it is crucial that we get these events because we think that somebody might have accessed our home during one of these times. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Yes I went to purchase your app for $4.99 and then the subscription was supposed to be canceled onJanuary 4th and today is January 3rd I canceled it on January 3rd and it still took $23 out of my account and which was odd because it's only $4.99 but anyways I canceled the subscription and I'm still being charged for it and it's pending I need my money back I canceled it before the 4th why you took my money out
