1. Test the app before releasing any change!Every weekend, there's an update ,maintenance, and i can't use the app main while I have updated my info several times, and this stupid app keeps saying you have to update your info every time i open the appAfter the update the credit card disappeared from the application!!!!Keep logging out with no apparent reason!! Very annoying.

Fix your service or people will start leaving.As an android developer, the app is very bad, a lot of bugs and improvements could be made.I can't give any stars, my number is disabled and I set the finger print to open the app since the number is not working, I can't log in because I'm not getting the fingrr print log in method on the app, this is no the first time,You're asking for taking a picture of my ID but the camera is not working in the app.

3. The application is closing immediatly everytime i open it.This service is really bad you need more QA testing for the app and better more consistent servers.

4. Unknowledgeable and incompetent costumer service agents.I'd prefer if you have completed the application and tested it more befor publishing to public.

5. The amount of text SMS ads that I recieve from Zain Cash is horrible and extremely annoying.

6. Since the new version released and im facing problems the reason im reinstalled the application several times.

7. I payed 5 jd for the card only for it to not work,imagine being stuck at a gas station cause the card wont pay 4 jd even though the limit is not reached.

8. I contacted zain cash, they said we can't control it, check with zain mobile, I did and they mentioned that it should be through Zain cash.
