1. I didn't realize an app could make the product a deal breaker for me, but I guess it is.Twice, right now, I'm attempting to write an unfavorable review and the app went blank and now I'm trying for a third time.
2. Orig Review: When trying to log on the screen will often simply 'flutter' and go blank, multiple login attempts need to be made just to use the app, and it sometimes even when successfully logged in it just dies and goes to a blank screen.
3. Maybe Chase should take a look at the Capitol one app for some inspiration.UPDATE: The previous mentioned instability was due to being used on an old android tablet.
4. Chase is aware of the sign issue and have been for***This is a recent update*** the app is still slow.
5. Chase needs to simplify the app and fix the basics.I have a couple of chase credit cards.
6. Please add the blue dot at the next (each) level down.The Chase Mobile app constantly crashes.
7. Chase forces you to update it every few months, and it just seems to get slower and more annoying.
8. But absolutely do NOT book travel through the chase travel center.
9. No app, let alone from a company as large as Chase, should perform this poorly.

11. I get a little blue dot at the top left corner to indicate that I have an alert, but when I click through I see three choices and no sign of which one has the alert.
Please delete my chase account and any data held on me by chase as I have found a better interest rate elsewhere. Please confirm when you have done this to my email address
