1. This needs to be fixed, it's annoying.Keeps saying my sign in info has changed and logged me out 4 times during a session, has times where it can't find my account info and its very annoying...thinking of canceling my 401kEvery time I've called the service, it is a fast process.
2. It either crashes when you click on stuff or doesn't fully load so you have to constantly reopen it and log back in.I tried three times to access my account, waited 5 minutes for my security code and never received it! The customer experience is horrible.
3. JP Morgan tries to send a verification code "in 5 minutes".
4. Almost every time, it either never comes, or it arrives 30-60 minutes later when my session is already expired.
