1. It's a shame to see a good thing like Turbo go.Tried and tried again to login/setup my account so I could see info and my credit score.
2. I sent them an email about my problem and received response from Mint (which is also an Intuit company) that they no longer have access to my credit reports.
3. But now they are moving the credit scores back to Mint? I stopped using Mint on purpose! It became clunky, overburdened with too many features, none of which worked the way I wanted or hoped.
4. Had to buy the 90$ package cause I had a 1099 so it had been sending me my credit score almost weekly which I can access whenever.
5. Unfortunately, since the merger, you cannot access the Turbo app and are redirected instead to Credit Karma.
6. The language is positive and helpful even when it may be telling you something Slightly Negative..Like a lowering of credit score.
7. However, today I received an email from Turbo: "Your new credit score is ready".
8. There is still an air of positivity that helps me to stay organized and reach my financial goals. It is amazing how a text stating "you got a new score" can affect my day.
9. I have sent numerous communication and they confirmed that they no longer have it connected to my credit report.
10. I also like the Credit Karma merger as it seems extremely helpful.
11. I would prefer the option of using both as there was no problem with the Turbo app before. These guys won't delete your credit/financial data once they get it.
