About Instant Financial

1. Use the Instant app to receive important notifications, claim Instant Pay offers, check your real-time balance and view your recent activity, find the nearest ATM for free cash withdrawals, and transfer your money to another bank account.

2. Connect your Instant card with your Instant account to receive your wages and/or tips, make in-store and online purchases, and withdraw cash from ATMs.

3. Bank transfers made after 1PM ET will take an estimated 2 business days to process and appear in your destination bank account. Need your money sooner?

4. For verified employees who are paid by Instant, the Instant Financial app gives you daily access to your earned wages and/or tips for free.

1. 7 whole business days to get funds back for a return? In what world would I use this app over my regular bank? But my tips are stuck on there and im not cool with getting charged fees to handle my own moneyApp works very well, and I like the look! When you get the option to receive your pay instantly, you press a little button and it counts the money down in to your account.

2. He had to call and go through tons of people now he's waiting on a email from them to be able to get his money that's just sitting there not being able to use it's 24 hours now still waiting.... If he doesn't get his money they need suedI've been using the Instant Pay app for about 7 months now.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Instant Financial Issues

1. Fix Instant Financial Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Instant Financial: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Instant Financial App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Instant Financial" » Open Instant Financial » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Instant Financial » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Instant Financial app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Instant Financial servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Instant Financial" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Instant Financial app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Instant Financial might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Instant Financial. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Instant Financial then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Instant Financial not working


2. Fix Instant Financial Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Instant Financial be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Instant Financial not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Instant Financial may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
