1. An no contact info to request password reset??? Been trying to get logged in for 3 days now to pay my bill?? About to cancel my plan an go somewhere else!!!!! Not happy customer, an 24 hour roadside assistance is horrib as well!!! So far all round bad experience with this company!!!!!!!????Awful app.
2. I will most definitely be shopping around for different insurance.Well, I went to pay my bill this month, and it tells me my insurance company is now Direct Auto, and I need to make an account on their site to pay my new bill.
3. May be looking elsewhere for insurance.Recently purchased but the reviews (from my experience) are correct login issues, late fees, issues contacting customer service etc.
4. From viewing other comments, it appears Direct Auto has done this intentionally so people can't pay their bill on time and incur late fees.
5. Never had issues when I was with them and had their appThey are the cheapest insurance, but every single time I try to log in via app or browser they're having "unexpected errors" or system maintence.
6. Every time I open it the screen flashes over and over and will not let me do anything besides change tabs.The app seemed unstable to begin with but I was able to conduct my business as usual.
7. God forbid i have a wreck and it decides not to load!!Horrible app I don't know my policy number an there is no forgot password button.
8. The last update has absolutely bricked the app! It wasn't a great app to begin with, but it is completely non-functional now.
9. First, it still have a 'check status' button from 1.5 months ago when I called roadside assistance.
10. Shop for direct insurance, esurance is very reasonable .
11. Even when you type the correct information, it says the information is incorrect.
