1. Start screen hangs up, forcing restart app, hands up more, sometimes a greyed out screen here and there, only way for it to work properly is to restart the entire phone... damn annoying! Do not update! Wait for more people like me to complain and be completely f'ed until IT rolls out a patch or a fix.I love Dean Bank.

3. Hey, there are a lot of us still out there who dont upgrade our phones constantlyDelays transfer dates or transactions to next bank business day so if you do something after Friday 2pm it doesn't get credited until after 8am Monday, even though the bank is open on Saturday.

1. Fix Dean Bank Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dean Bank: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dean Bank App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dean Bank" » Open Dean Bank - Mobile Banking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dean Bank » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dean Bank - Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dean Bank servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dean Bank - Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dean Bank app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dean Bank might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dean Bank. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dean Bank then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dean Bank not working
