Having an option to play them at different speed rates could be a nice solution.I LOVE this app so much, the meditations help quite a bit, the mellow music with a soft, slow, kind voice makes it very easy to listen to when there isn't any ambient sound in the background it doesn't feel very welcoming but I like that there is ambient sound in the background at all times I'm only on level 2 for my bond and aura but this is a great app and the fact that there is an option for people who can't afford the key is amazing πππI don't typically make reviews, but this app has actually been helping me a lot, daily mediations and setting my own goals (like eating something, do one meditation, do something to take care of Amaru) has helped me a lot.
2. The free version of the app has many things that you can do as well, such as guided meditations and practices.This game is really fun and very helpful to someone looking for a cute way to stay on top of self care goals.
3. This is especially apparent in the 'free trial' aspect of this app- none of the self-care elements are behind a paywall, and they have an entire system for people to donate full copies of the game to those in financial need.

As someone who struggles financially, I appreciate this in the face of microtransactions being the norm.This app is really neat and helps out when you need to set some necessary self-care goals for yourself! You can make your own goals, and some are already provided by the app that automatically complete themselves depending on the type of goal (one that can easily be monitored by the app).
5. Love the color schemes, storylines, environments, and options for game play! I do wish the recorded meditations were a bit slower, especially the demos and instructions.
6. I'd say more but I have no more space.This game is so thoughtful, cute, fun & interesting! Most meditation apps have been boring/repetitive for me, but I'm really enjoying this and how mellow it is .

8. The only suggestion that I would make would be the ability to set a daily self care list, and as you mark off the list it adds to your aura, instead of having to choose which 3 care items each day you will do.
9. I'm now able to play the puzzles!Finally, a game that promotes (and reinforces) positive, long-term mental-health habits! It's enjoyable & the artwork is beautifully done.
