COVID Alert Customer Insights

1. For the developers: is it possible to have a feature where the app can automatically turn Bluetooth on when it detects a change from WiFi to Data usage? Make this an opt in feature within app settings so it doesn't bother most people....but for me I constantly forget to turn Bluetooth on when I leave the house as that is not my usual practice.

2. I have to open the Bluetooth settings and switch it to "visible to all nearby devices" each time to presumably make it effective (I haven't found any way of changing the default setting).Had this app for a few months, and then uninstalled it as it never alarmed me even when I was in the most crowded places.

3. If you are worried about having bluetooth on all the time you can turn it off while at home or work.

4. If you just turn off the bluetooth, app tries to reconnect and causes more battery drain...Great concept.

5. But, I have noticed that my phone automatically reverts to Bluetooth "visible only to paired devices" whenever it powers off and on which presumably would not allow the app to communicate with all others nearby as intended.

6. I would like to see though more options like automatically turning the Bluetooth on in case you forget it or notifying you more actively if you're Bluetooth stays off for quite some time.As someone working in the healthcare field, I strongly recommend this app for everyone to use.

7. There is however an issue with the app recently where it always sends a reminder notification that "bluetooth is off, unable to check for exposure" multiple times a day.

8. However, the app seems happy that Bluetooth is on and does not give me any message that anything needs to be done to let it work.

9. It ends up being very annoying since I only turn off bluetooth at home, with no one else going out.

10. This app should be able to work without it when its bluetooth connected.

11. It sends you a little notification saying "Exposure Notification inactive" For those saying they are unable to have phones at work.
