1. Good luck with this study.I have Long Haul Covid (PASC) and between brain fog & a whole bucket full of medical issues that have reappeared, I often forget important symptoms & questions when I see my primary, or specialists.

I try reconnecting and it shows a confirmation form from my healhcare provider that I click ok on, and then end up on a blank screen, but get a notification from my healthcare provider app that a connection has been established, as well as an email, but when I go back to this app, it continues to report that there's a connection issue.When I load the app, has this weird glitchy screen for a second.

I finally closed the app and went to the website, which also works poorly, and was able to submit my results no problem.I wasn't aware of this program and thought I could add my test from 4 days ago along with my strip picture plus the one I did today with that picture but unfortunately I wasn't able to and i didn't know about the program prior to today after I had done two of my tests.

4. The instructions for the study say to "input code" to find the study but that isn't an option.I'm unable to update my symptoms.

5. The Fitbit syncing seems to work fine, but it only let me input symptoms on my first day of being sick.

  2. Update the MyDataHelps App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyDataHelps" » Open MyDataHelps » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyDataHelps » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyDataHelps app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyDataHelps servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyDataHelps" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyDataHelps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyDataHelps might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyDataHelps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyDataHelps then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyDataHelps not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyDataHelps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyDataHelps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
