Why should I report an Issue with Sunface - UV-Selfie?

1. Seriously, with zero sun protection, my eyes change their complete shape in 5 years!? But further, in 25 years, I don't have a single wrinkle or any sag to my skin wearing sunscreen! This could be a great app but they need to create credibility with better filters for each age and protection level.Apparently, even with skin protection, I will look like I am 70 years old when I am 50 XD Btw my parents are 60 and look like they are still in their late forties.

First off it should have an option where you can type your age so they have a starting point age so they know what age you're at while aging, and it should ask how much (time wise) you're outside and how exposed to the sun that you are those factors play a big role in determining how much sun exposure a certain person is getting.

3. It even gave me wrinkles in the "sun protection" version after 5 years! It's a low accuracy way to see what you would look like worse case scenario though, if that's the motivation you need.

4. Be forewarned!I wasn't expecting "tailored to me accuracy" or anything, but showing a person in their 20s a plethora of dark spots that will pop up in only 5 years is just wildly off-base.

5. This is merely to educate you on how your skin could age if you don't use daily SPF, or tan frequently in tanning beds or in the sun, and applies normal aging filters to show what your skin possibly could look like if you take care of it.

6. I put spf on daily, so here's hoping I look better than it showed me in 5 years!Yikes, it's not actually accurate to actual sun aging damage.

7. It doent factor in skin care other than Spf, and its the same as just getting an age filter on snapchat.

1. Fix Sunface Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sunface: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sunface App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sunface" » Open Sunface - UV-Selfie » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sunface » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sunface - UV-Selfie app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sunface servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sunface - UV-Selfie" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sunface app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sunface might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sunface. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sunface then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sunface not working

2. Fix Sunface Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sunface be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sunface not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sunface may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
