1. This is one of many issues, including a loop created by changing shipping options, which takes me back to the start of the order again.This app is a failure.
2. On my first attempted order the app first crashed, though it saved my order, and then threw Boolean errors when trying to save my vet refill information.
3. The app never worked very well, but it has really ceased to even function at all.I hate not being able to give all 5 stars because my past experiences with the app have all been great but recently I can't even get it to open.
4. Their items are always in stock, a variety to choose from, pricing is affordable and their discounts are awesome❣ Brenda L Walker-Reiner Middleport, NYBuggy It ultimately works, but not without issues.
5. Shipping has changed so free is 3-5 days rather than 2 even though I ordered over the $49 minimum.When my credit card expired, the app wouldn't let me update it.
6. It also has been giving me an error for 2 days saying there is no internet connection and a 409 conflict error.
7. My account was hacked and when I called customer service the first person I spoke with was very rude.
8. Every time I try to reorder an item from a previous order, the app closes.
9. Auto ship option is hidden in the order process.
10. My order was not shipped on time and I still have not received my order plus I can no longer use the app.
11. Hopefully the bugs get fixed soon because when it works the app is great.Get an error when I try to put something in the cart.
