1. Not even the bank employee was able to get the activation to work!! 2. TBI is total garbage, stay away, people.Very very basic features are not available and even activation needs to go to the bank to do that, useless.

3. Absolutely unusable and a hassle to get it to even log in/activate.Very bad service regarding steps of activation and no option available regarding forgetting the password or login id which must be available either with email or phone number.

4. Simple and basic features such as money transferring do not work, looks and functions like it was programmed by a 10 year old.

5. Online, without visiting the bank, successfully, I have completed several transactions.Useless app, just shows location of the bank and ATMs.

6. Qi Services for Al-Rafidain bank is superior, looks good and does everything better.

1. Fix TBI Banking Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TBI Banking: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TBI Banking App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TBI Banking" » Open TBI Banking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TBI Banking » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TBI Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TBI Banking servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TBI Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TBI Banking app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TBI Banking might not work.
