1. I also REALLY like how simple it is to complete different tasks! Being able to screenshot and upload really makes it much easier than continuously clicking links that link to other links to get credit for tasks under the app! Only advice would be to continue to add more options that aren't games!I only recently joined testerup.

2. As for the way money is paid out, it shouldn't have to be $70 before able to cash out and I haven't hit that mark yet so idk if I'll even get paid... we'll see when comes that time.This app is a great idea and concept.

3. The app says you have 30 days to complete most offers, but it does not provide a way in app to track this, so I wish that would be added.I love the concept of the app.. new and different tasks to do.. not to hard but hard enough.

5. The higher the level you get in the game the harder it is to pass a level which takes up the time limit required to complete a task.

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "testerup - earn money" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check testerup app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, testerup might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall testerup. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall testerup then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing testerup not working

2. Fix testerup Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make testerup be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to testerup not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, testerup may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hello, it been an almost a year since I’ve used tester up , I was enjoying using the app and it was helping me get by and i enjoy playing games. My account has been suspended for a while now. I was wondering if I could ever get my account back or am I just never able to use the app or site ever again. I honestly don’t know what got my account suspended or if it was a misunderstanding. The only issue I could think of is me sending requests for tracking, maybe I sent too many? Sometimes the tracking takes a bit of time or it doesn’t seem to work at all and it was happening often to me so I do remember send quite a few tickets but I’ve always sent a screen recording to show proof.     I have downloaded several apps via the link on testerup app but it would seem the app is not refreshing the status for the downloads. For example I downloaded family island, I am getting emails to say I’ve wasn’t money for getting to levels, but on my testerup app it still says ‘installing app’ is not complete. There are quite a few others, some of which I have not had emails about either despite clicking allow to let it track activity etc. Please can this be fixed as I’m losing out on a lot of money after completing quite a few levels on the games.   • I download aded your app yesterday. I don't know if I registered or not, I'm not even sure how I signed up but am having major password issues and when I try to reset it I get told I can't because of how I supposedly signed up. When I go to the app I only get a choice between signing up or logging in. When I try to sign up I get an error msg. The ONLY way I know how to solve anything is to delete my acct and start over.   • I downloaded the app had a few games I been working hard on (really need the money and love the games) but I go back to look at my progress in testerup app and a lady with her hand up blocks me talking about a vpn. I Swamy sure what that was but come to find out “surveys on the go” which is a survey app I was also on had installed it. Obviously I gave them permission but I wasn’t trying to cheat or cause harm!   • I emailed a few days ago regarding my game progress for Dice Dreams. My customer number is 4244389.

    I received an automated email confirming that my email had been received.

    I would like to follow up to see if we can resolve my issue as I am nearing the end of the required progress.

    My issue is that I stopped receiving progress updates for the Dice Dream after completing the 40th level. I am aware of the deadline and I had requested an extension since I was almost at the end of the level requirement.

    I am currently on level 49 of 50 and would like to again request my progress be updated to reflect my current level and a one time exception to extend my time so I am able to complete the job.

  • I started using testerup online to try to see if I can make alittle bit of extra money on the side and I tried to find them on Instagram and I found a page and follow and then I got followed by multiple pages claiming that they work with testerup and they said I have some money to claim and that I have to pay customer service fees and maintenance fees and after I send them the money they kept giving me the run around and never send me the money and blocked me on Instagram.
