I have been using this app for years now, bought the full version after 2 weeks, because it really helped with my insomnia, but when it updated to the current layout and features I felt kind of blindsided, as the previous version was so simplistic and you didn't have to wait for the sounds to download one at a time, but now it seems as though this company is just trying to compete with other apps and make a profit with the whole subscription thing.Back when this was "Sleep Sounds", or whatever it was called, I was glad to spend the extra to unlock all the noises.

2. I'm just unhappy that the need for a subscription wasn't clear before purchase.Updated Reveiw I bought the premium version almost 8 years ago to unlock all the sounds.

3. This has been my go-to white noise/ambient sounds app for literal years -- but as of about a month ago, the sounds fluctuate every minute or so and has rendered the app unusable.

1. Fix Relax Meditation Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Relax Meditation: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Relax Meditation App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Relax Meditation" » Open Relax Meditation: Guided Mind » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Relax Meditation » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Relax Meditation: Guided Mind app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Relax Meditation servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Relax Meditation: Guided Mind" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Relax Meditation app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Relax Meditation might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Relax Meditation. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Relax Meditation then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Relax Meditation not working

2. Fix Relax Meditation Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Relax Meditation be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Relax Meditation not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Relax Meditation may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
