Loóna Customer Insights

1. It's a cute concept but I miss being able to pick and choose what sleepscapes I do from night to night, as some help me relax and sleep more than others.

2. I want to finish growing my baby and doing my journey, but I stopped using the app every night because many nights I like to just color the scapes while listening to my audio books.I've been using this app for a few months now.

3. It was to my surprise that the whole structure changed (my fault for not using it for a month), but it was really disappointing and annoying to lose access to the specific escapes that I've used to fall asleep.

4. I like the idea of going on a journey since it's hard to go chronologically in the previous version but access to the full library should be available, even if it's just through a search function.The escapes make me so sleepy and are very calming.

5. The recent update made this app unusable.I used to use this app to sleep pretty frequently, I had issues for the last month, and now I am able to log on and see that they have changed it? I'm absolutely upset.

6. The sleepscapes are great, they help me relax and I love the graphics and effort that goes into the stories and art.

7. I use it to fall asleep or for work/study music and in the past 3ish months the app has started timing out and cutting off audio after about 4-5 minutes of use.

8. It's hard to tell which ones are bright & which are darker in the menu, or I'd avoid them.I love this app, but over the past few months it's become unusable for me.

9. What's the point of me paying for the subscription if I can't access all of the content? Normally the updates are great but this is not.My second edit as everything keeps changing.

10. Some of the escapes even have helpful breathing exercises included, and there are short escapes (5 min) now in addition to the long ones (15-30 min).

11. I also love the music and ambience sounds.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Loóna Issues

1. Fix Loóna Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Loóna: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Loóna App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Loóna" » Open Loóna: Bedtime relax & Sleep » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Loóna » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Loóna: Bedtime relax & Sleep app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Loóna servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Loóna: Bedtime relax & Sleep" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Loóna app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Loóna might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Loóna. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Loóna then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Loóna not working


2. Fix Loóna Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Loóna be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Loóna not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Loóna may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I signed up for 7 day trial and it is charging me 10.98 I want a refund Now. I was going to try your app but I haven’t had the chance it’s only been about 3 days… I want my money back I do not want your services and I want my money and my name is Julie Roller.   • I only looked at your site two nights and canceled!!! But you charged my bank account 59.99! I canceled and want the money put back in my bank account!! I even Uninstalled your app!!! It was a 7 day free trial and said I could cancel at anytime and would not be charged!!!

  • A subscription receipt was sent to me yesterday for a renewal for Feb 2022-Feb 2023. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and unfortunately this has slipped through the net, I meant to cancel but have obviously had other issues to contend with. It is not something I can afford and would ask if the £21.99 can please be refunded. I have not used the app for many months prior to my surgery and treatment and with the rising costs of living, need the money to go towards more pressing outgoing i.e. heating and travel costs to and from the hospital.

  • I’m really struggling with your app, and now haven’t even used it. Feeling like I’ve been set up with false hope.

    I paid for the app because of the stories of sleepescape. It’s the tapping and blocking out the world when life becomes too loud . When I subscribed and paid the required annual fee, I was given a trial period of a week, In which I found myself anxiously awaiting to sign in listening and playing along with each story filled my nights with so much relaxation . Bring a medical professional working front line at the start and through out- it has changed my life forever. Where doing the sleep escapes even for twenty minutes, that was twenty minutes of not thinking, not hearing- but since the first week of January, I haven't seen one update, only to the music. I was told to give patients but at this point when there isn't any left to do unless you want to repeat, I've done it a couple of times but the effects just aren't the same to when you don't know the story, maybe I'm a bit different. To end this email it had saddened me that I will be reaching out to Apple to see what can be done.

  • I signed up for you 7 day trial. The subscription price was 3999 after two days I cancelled too expensive for me then on the 25th of December I get a charge for $59.99 from Loona I would like my money back the whole $59.99 I did not want a subscription with loona

  • I recently paid the $21.46 for the half priced year. The next day I was unable to get into any of the premium content, and just now I've seen where they refunded the$21.46 to my bank account! I would really like to purchase the years worth at this price, and have sent another complaint but received no answer. Will you please help me too resolve this issue?

  • I was enjoying the designs and the stories and the voice of the man, then they switched him to the woman and the items are really hard to touch, the dimensions on the screen are difficult to control as opposed to the man’s designs. Instead of making me sleep it made me anxious and irritable, and didn’t do it for two days, then the notifications that I had not finished kept on coming, I had to finish by having it find everything, and then the next story is another one of hers with a voice I now hate!! In the fantastic stories you can see the whole design, turn it, enhance it, in this more real settings that the woman presents the fantasy is lost and you can. Ever see the design at a distance. Whomever did the woman’s designs sucks. Frustrating. Not helping me sleep 😳

  • Have subscribed to Loóna and completed 3 chapters. When I complete Sleepscape am not given option to hear Immersive Stories.
    This worked OK when on trial period.
