Meditopia Customer Insights

1. Price is way too high for a beta stage product that is only stable enough to use at home.Misinformed reviews... the people that are saying you have to pay/start subscription before being able to listen to even the free stuff is not true.

2. When you click the free stuff, the screen to start a subscription is the first thing that comes up but they failed to put an X in the corner.

3. I tried refreshing the app, deleting it and installing again, but since yesterday (1/2/23) I haven't been able to do/find the live challenges.Very nice in the beginning.

4. Hopefully I'll be able to cancel my subscription when the free trial ends and not just hit the button to hell.

5. Everytime I open it, it's on the notification screen, all the notifications are checked, even though I didn't want a daily quote, and I press the continue button and it just stays there.

6. All you have to do is the back button on your phone and that'll exit the screen and you can access all the free stuff they have.I absolutely love this app.

7. For me, I have to restart the app and load up that session again to have it marked as completed, slightly irritating because it doesn't show accurate stats after the session if I have restart the app.

8. They even pause in different sequences, so the music will play but not the lesson and vice versa.makes it impossible to progress or even begin meditation.

9. One thing that needs attention on the app is, Everytime during or in between a session, if the screen locks or times out.

10. I wish there was a way to load 5 or so stories into a session so you could just go to sleep.

11. However, yesterday I tried to continue the live challenges- I was doing 21 days of mindfulness- and they weren't at the bottom of the home page.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Meditopia Issues

1. Fix Meditopia Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Meditopia: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Meditopia App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Meditopia" » Open Meditopia: Sleep & Meditation » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Meditopia » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Meditopia: Sleep & Meditation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Meditopia servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Meditopia: Sleep & Meditation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Meditopia app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Meditopia might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Meditopia. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Meditopia then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Meditopia not working


2. Fix Meditopia Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Meditopia be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Meditopia not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Meditopia may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hi my name is lizzie. I am really enjoying the meditations on this app. They are helping me deal with my anxiety. I would like to upgrade to premium but it is a financial hardship for me. I am disabled and live off of disability. I have cerebral palsy and epilepsy. Meditation helps me deal with seizures. I wonder if you could please help me? Thank you.

    je m’appelle Olivia Neroni. J’ai passé cette année beaucoup de temps a faire du travail de développement personnel sur moi-même car je fais des études très compliquées et je suis très sujette au stress.   • J'ai fait un paiement pour un abonnement Premium avec une réduction de -40%, donc 29,90 eu au lieu de 49,90 eu. Je n'ai pas de preuve de mon paiement, et je n'arrive pas à utiliser cet abonnement Premium sur l'application. Pouvez -vous me confirmer mon paiement et l'utilisation de l'application Premium.
