1. Overall, it has an awkward layout, is not user friendly, and does not allow you to connect to exercise apps (unless you want to pay for a feature that is essential to tracking calories).Just started this app but have tried several before and so far I love Poundawe! It combines the best of what I have had scaterred across several apps into one easy to use to app.
2. I do wish I could link my Fitbit but that's only available in the paid version. It is so important to track calories in and calories out to lose weight.
3. Also, they actually had all the brands I love which makes recording food easier!Great for keeping yourself on track.
4. These are things you can enter information for but they don't show up in other areas of the app or show your progress like it does with food intake.
5. I've been using the free version for 2 weeks now.
6. This app keeps track of what you eat, the food's basic nutritional value, and portion sizes and it all seems pretty accurate.
7. Again, I only have the free version but it doesn't seem these features are in the paid version.
8. I have lost weight using this app.I've been using this app for one week.
9. I really like the layout and design of the app but it can get confusing at times, like how to get back to the main page from the "add food" page.
10. They have access to all commercial/branded food, list all basic foods and there is the ability to scan in foods.
11. I think the fact that it only focuses one one week at a time - and updates your macros and goals each week - is a huge motivator.
