Why should I report an Issue with Mesmerize - Visual Meditation?

1. Couldn't be without it......it's that good.It needs to be stated up front, before download, that this app costs $30 for the first year, and then $60 annually - just to look at trippy videos - and NO FREE TRIAL before submitting your payment infomation.

2. To all: across the top under the music tab, scroll to the end to see "off line" and you can then delete all sounds you don't wąnt downloaded.I have never seen an application like this with such a vast variety of visuals with audio.

3. 2 - While the visuals are great, I only want to use 1 or 2 of them because the rest make me feel overstimulated and agitated.

4. It has a few bugs like the sounds not changing if you Preview before you choose Play and it pausing after the first minute (it works fine after that).

5. I love that you can control the speed of the visuals and that you can turn off the meditations and mix and match the sounds/songs with the visuals.

6. Have you ever had to deal with an uncooperative vender who didn't want to allow you to cancel? I have, and it'll NEVER happen again.

7. Low-key my favourite app.Amazing but for one issue: every single thing we play to sample ends up automatically downloading soon as play is hit.

8. We are anxiously awaiting the fix so we can use it again.If you want a better review & more of my money, make it this more user friendly.

1. Fix Mesmerize Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mesmerize: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mesmerize App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mesmerize" » Open Mesmerize - Visual Meditation » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mesmerize » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mesmerize - Visual Meditation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mesmerize servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mesmerize - Visual Meditation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mesmerize app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mesmerize might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mesmerize. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mesmerize then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mesmerize not working

2. Fix Mesmerize Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mesmerize be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mesmerize not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mesmerize may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
