1. Then it says my phone's not compatible for a call I think this app is trashThere's no landscape mode?? Tablets are made to stand in landscape mode and won't stay standing up vertically! I had to hold my tablet and make my Dr watch my video be all shaky!amazing app makes it a lot easier to have doctor appointments when they are long distances!very good way to keep in touch with your physician without physically having to travel.
2. I detest the format currently available. Its an ok app, but make it where the app can use headphones during sessions! I find that very annoying that I can't use headphones during my visit then its soooo loud like its on speaker phone..I don't want the whole damn neighborhood hearing my private conversation..lolZoom crushes VSee.
3. I was also bothered by the fact that this is a video messenger app doesn't have an option to keep the screen awake, so I had multiple screen shut-offs while talking to one of my providers yesterday.
4. It's not very reliable. When on a call, the app fails to keep the screen awake; I have to be constantly hitting the power button to turn the screen back on.
5. The app kept acting like the call was going through and counting the elapsed time, but neither of us could see anything other than a black screen.
6. Video kept breaking audio sync, artifacting and ghosting images were disconcerting to say the least. One problem needing a fix is in adding one's birthdate.
7. I have good internet, but despite that, I lost video/sound feed during an appointment with a doctor once, restarted it, then it happened AGAIN.
8. My main provider's office has really good network connectivity, but you certainly could not tell it from my appointment yesterday.
9. Also, the lack of Chromebook support, especially when the web site doesn't support Chrome OS, is utterly unacceptable. It seems like this app was created as a rush job.
10. It would make more sense to select the month, date and year in a format allowing ready access.
11. They had to call my cellphone to finish the appointment.
