We were required to use this by our healthcare provider, and it really compromise the ability to communicate during a very important visit.Having a doctor see my sick child via this app from the comfort of our home, without the risk of spreading illness in a clinic, was extremely convenient and helpful! We got the advice we needed quickly from a friendly physician, along with a note to excuse the absence from school.

3. One day we were on hold for 4.5 hours, first it failed call the customer service they reset the appointment, than we waited and the doctor transferred to another doctor and post that failed again.

5. My main concern with doctor's office visits is the potential for other germs n viruses from other patients.

7. The menu option for speaker have no effect and its very difficult to hear such a low voice while having video conference.

8. It says "connecting doctors video" but than fails and says your appointment is canceled.

1. Fix Nemours CareConnect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nemours CareConnect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nemours CareConnect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nemours CareConnect" » Open Nemours CareConnect – See a Pediatrician 24/7 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nemours CareConnect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nemours CareConnect – See a Pediatrician 24/7 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nemours CareConnect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nemours CareConnect – See a Pediatrician 24/7" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nemours CareConnect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nemours CareConnect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nemours CareConnect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nemours CareConnect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nemours CareConnect not working

2. Fix Nemours CareConnect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nemours CareConnect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nemours CareConnect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nemours CareConnect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
