1. the app and online check-in systems do not communicate and update.I've tried twice now to have a telehealth appointment through this app and both times the audio and video on the app wasn't working and the provider had to call me.
2. Do not recommend. The app helped me out, my only advice is to make sure you have all of your account info set up correctly before hand when all of that is entered in and finalized the app is pretty easy to use Also, it would be great if the developer could add fingerprint unlocking to the app, that way if I'm sick and not feeling good, I don't necessarily need to worry about having to dig out my passwords to see the doc!It was very easy to fill out the piliminary questions.
3. Which is faster than using a worthless app.Tried pre-authorizing my card for $250 for a mental health professional, which is the full price without insurance, when I have insurance through Blue Cross.
4. To not have to go to a clinic for minor things is priceless to me, when you don't feel good the last thing you want to do is get ready, drive to a clinic, and wait, and wait, and be around other sick people... No thank you.
5. Then I tried doing it online to no avail....each time I tried checking-in, they held a co-payment fee (to be dropped off in 5-6 business days).
6. Worst mental health, telehealth, healthcare experience I have ever had.Terrible! Crashed twice with two different providers and wouldn't upload images.
7. The automated voice would be more helpful if it gave a more accurate wait time versus the repeated "more than 10 minutes" spill.
8. After confirming CVS didnt have it, I had to call the meds hotline which took 45 minutes due to "high call volume".
9. As far as the app itself, it works pretty decently in communication, but like all web meetings it's best to have a good WiFi signal or cell signal.Less than 1 star is my choice.
10. Also very convenient when you job requires the almighty doctors note, or else. This worked really well for me! I have an abscessed tooth and no dentists are available today in my area.
11. It definitely needs some updates. My prescription wasn't sent automatically to pharmacy after video visit.
