1. All its sisters apps are also below par & need lot of improvement & ease of operation.Unable to edit an error in my Apollo profile - and it seems I'm stuck for lifetime with the error! The AskApollo app doesn't allow me to edit the profile (name etc) citing security reasons, and says "Contact your nearest Apollo Hospital to edit these details".

1. Fix Ask Apollo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ask Apollo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ask Apollo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ask Apollo" » Open Ask Apollo — Consult Doctors, » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ask Apollo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ask Apollo — Consult Doctors, app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ask Apollo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ask Apollo — Consult Doctors, " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ask Apollo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ask Apollo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ask Apollo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ask Apollo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ask Apollo not working
