1. All its sisters apps are also below par & need lot of improvement & ease of operation.Unable to edit an error in my Apollo profile - and it seems I'm stuck for lifetime with the error! The AskApollo app doesn't allow me to edit the profile (name etc) citing security reasons, and says "Contact your nearest Apollo Hospital to edit these details".

2. What's the use of this app is one cannot login neither book appointment without logins? Not sure if there is any way team looking at the bugs/ issuUnable to book appointment, set location and log in with gmail id, registration with mobile number.

3. Nice scam so far.app is not working, we can't login, every time, we try to enter mobile number, message comes that something is wrong.

4. Tried to submit a feedback through app however that also failed with a message that mail was not successfuly sent.Utterly bad experience.

5. When i enter the mobile number, it gives an error saying something went wrong and try again later.

6. It has been five days and I almost have zero hopes on getting a refund or any kind of support.Order always gets stuck after succesful payment.

7. Edit on 27/04 I have sent a mail with the details to the said mail id but haven't heard back.I had order some medicine through your app on 28.03.2020 at 9:49AM.

8. Please focus on end user application as this application is used sensitivity, critical personal data like mobile number and geo location.

1. Fix Ask Apollo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ask Apollo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ask Apollo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ask Apollo" » Open Ask Apollo — Consult Doctors, » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ask Apollo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ask Apollo — Consult Doctors, app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ask Apollo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ask Apollo — Consult Doctors, " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ask Apollo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ask Apollo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ask Apollo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ask Apollo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ask Apollo not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ask Apollo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ask Apollo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ask Apollo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
