1. Hint to VA developers: a version that works well on Chromebooks would be VERY desirable.I have been using the app for a long time now, on iOS platform and have had 1 one issue in 8 years, and the issue ended up being the fill-in doc sent a bad link.

2. I have a bad memory, so I may forget, and then when I make or receive an important call, nobody can hear me.I've tried this app on multiple different devices for several different appointments...I can hear my provider but they can never hear me.

3. When it doesn't work, you have just missed a medical appointment (something the VA seriously does NOT want you to do.) Very useful, but still needs work in the areas of connection reliability and ease of use.

4. 1 issue! I believe it is a great app.Provider never shows up as he has different link.

7. Needs a fix.It's nonsense to develop an app that does not connect with a Bluetooth device because most smartphones don't have a 3.5mm jack.

1. Fix VA Video Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VA Video Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VA Video Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VA Video Connect" » Open VA Video Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VA Video Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VA Video Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VA Video Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VA Video Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VA Video Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VA Video Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VA Video Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VA Video Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VA Video Connect not working

2. Fix VA Video Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VA Video Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VA Video Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VA Video Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
