1. Their BoxxHIIT workout is by far the best online workout I have tried! I can't usually motivate myself to workout at home but actually look forward to my Boxx workouts! Oh and such a bonus that they even have Yoga flows on there too!I would love to say this works and test it out as i wanted to try it out but I cannot log into app via my phone.
2. The key concepts of training and fitness are not tought but instead your just given instructions to do a basic workout in video form.A really good variety of exercises: HIIT, yoga, weights, cardio, and at a range of time options from 5 mins to 30.
3. Good for getting you in shape if you've never been to a gym before, but not recommended if you really want to learn boxing fundamentals or be able to defend yourself.Awful! Has anyone ever tried to cancel this?! Their FAQ section is an absolute minefield and there is no option to contact them.
4. No one is available to help and I am out of pocket for something I don't use! I have cancelled on Google Play but they still take money from me.....for the sale of a few boxing drills I would avoid at all costs (literally!) WISH ME LUCK CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION!Just a collection of videos.
5. There are plenty videos to chose from in a range of different times so no excuse to not have time, it's clear for each what equipment you need but again only basic equipment you dont need a fully equipped gym in your house to complete and most of all it's easy to use and navigate through.
6. The workouts under your classes refresh on Monday and seem to be in a random order "Sun", "Mon", "Wed","Tues","Friday".
7. EDIT: I put one star down because new boxing workouts are not added very often and sometimes it took months.

9. They also miss days out, Thursday and Saturday are missing this week, and no they are not rest days, as Wednesday and Friday are the designated rest days this week.
10. It will say success log in in without letting me put in my password and i cant access any of the videos.I really like the workouts on the app.
11. You could add chair-based yoga or exercises for people unable to jumpnor get up from the floor.I was looking for app like this for a long time.
