2. The Veterans Affairs Wayfinding App is a FREE app that helps Veterans quickly locate clinics and amenities in the VA hospital and provides real-time, turn-by-turn directions.

3. Additional features, such as Appointment Check-in, E-Screening, and Online Scheduling are also available in the App for some VA facilities.

4. Once downloaded, select the default VA hospital, look up a destination and the app will display the map with directions and navigate to the destination.

5. More locations are coming soon! *Please note that if your VA facility is not listed, you will not be able to use some app functionalities until the app is more broadly available.

1. I think they designed this ap and made mandatory just so we would not get paid for travel.I had really high hopes for this and I think once all the bugs are fixed and the locations are all added, it is going to be a very useful app.

2. For instance, if you open the appointments button, nothing is there....but if you open travel pay, random appointments are there.There is no experience.

3. Appointments do not show up in order to select for travel pay.

4. Veterans download it to realize it had 2-3 facilities in the entire app; this is despite being told about this app being able to help me.

5. Maybe in 10 years they will have 6 facilities on it, lets roll the dice and see who the lucky onee are.Could have informed me that the app is only useful at two facilities.

6. But apparently, you can't just sign in to your account to use the check in and travel pay, you have to select your facility first.

7. Old appointments, more than 3 months show up, but those are outside of range to get paid.

8. If your hospital isn't one of the very few given as options you can't enter the siteDO NOT DOWNLOAD! It is typical VA garbage.

9. I had read other reviews so I didn't expect they would have my location available yet, the don't, and that's all good.

1. Fix VA Wayfinding Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VA Wayfinding: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VA Wayfinding App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VA Wayfinding" » Open VA Wayfinding » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VA Wayfinding » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VA Wayfinding app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VA Wayfinding servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VA Wayfinding" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VA Wayfinding app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VA Wayfinding might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VA Wayfinding. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VA Wayfinding then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VA Wayfinding not working

2. Fix VA Wayfinding Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VA Wayfinding be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VA Wayfinding not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VA Wayfinding may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
