2. Lots of problems with customer service here and it's caused my company financial harm (one wire transfer for an important amount from Canada that was sent 3 weeks ago hasn't arrivedIt is easy, safe and rapid services.
3. The banking experience is pretty good but the moment you have something a bit out of the ordinary (fraud on bank card and foreign wire transfer) happens, they seem to not be able to handle these things well.
4. Excellent customer service with serious follow-up.Bank account is expensive, over 120 per year, nothing more dynamic/innovative than ordinary bank.
5. Update: Just keep and opened for another firm as it is the less bulky, service is alway bad, transfer payment is slow, and it's just expensive for what you get.
6. And responsive support when needed.Zero for international transfers, they sit on your money during 10 days, then claim there is an error in the payment instructions provided.
