1. This app is quite unmature, definitely needs some improvement and support team requires training.The app worked perfectly once I installed it and I could use it for contactless payment with my OTP card! HOWEVER, today out of the blue it started to take ages to open with this constant spinning circle and at the end it did not connect to the server even after the update, not what I expected at all honestly..It works perfectly on some days and fails on others.

Consistent "network error" while on mobile network or WiFi and the app gets useless.Good app, but the service is down a lot and you can't stop, or start a parking, or buy your ticket when you would need it.Quite often a NFC payment would fail because the App fails to automatically download "security tokens" and same must be downloaded manually by taping on the card in the card list.

So this app seems unreliable when I need it immediately, for example when I want to get on a bus or a metro.I was using the app without serious issues for years, but now the virtual card I created in the app for contactless payment was close to expiry so the app asked me to start the renewal process.

4. The service desk told me it would be fixed in the upcoming WEEKS! I don't think it's acceptable to take such a long time to fix this problem while locking the users money.Useless programmers... Usually I can successfully use the functions of this app but for the 2nd time since I use it: I just can't pay with my card anymore! I would suggest for the programmers to be on the road and try to buy a vignette without a functioning app.

5. Started to use it just 3 days ago to handle my monthly BKK ticket, once I got a "service not available" error message when I tried to show my pass to a bus driver, other times it was simply stuck in an endless "loading..." state.

6. What a shame that the app is not stable...Simple card is not available, support cannot fix the issue for months.

7. 2/5 starsIts very unnerving, and frustrating when you have to stand and wait 10-15 minutes on your way down to the metro because the app doesnt open up due to server issues.

8. There was issues sometimes, like the servers were not working for 1-2 minutes, couldn't validate my ticket, payment were not successful, etc.

9. No other contactless service is showing similar issue.

10. Perhaps it would be best if OTP would switch to Google wallet / Apple pay or similar payment solutions!?I used it for 4 months.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Simple Classic #MakeItEasy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Simple Classic #MakeItEasy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simple Classic #MakeItEasy servers.
