Klinio Customer Insights

1. Another issue was the lack of flexibility in entering my own recipes or even items like purchased shakes/snacks, meals... Finally, when I looked at the shopping list for th 28 days junk food challenge, I was really shocked.

2. For example, for the first week, there were 12 different breads and bakery items, ranging from 0.5oz to 8.5oz. Now some items might have a longer shelf life but some do not, leading to a major waste of food (a French baguette goes stale very fast).

3. Love the shopping list feature as I am always more successful if I can shop ahead and food prep before the week starts.I really like the idea but I have some criticisms.

4. It gives an error and doesn't tell you what is wrong! And can only choose from a list on food items that you are allergic to or don't eat.

5. Although you start with a quiz that asks about your food preferences, it then offers a lot of recipes with ingredients I did not like and it did not offer the opportunity to swap ingredients, just recipes.

6. Having said that you can't pull a recipe into the meal plan from your favorite list.

7. Not a big deal except that you can't use the shopping list feature if you manually write out your meal plan.

8. And the amount of carbs that it is having me eat is crazy for a person that is diabetic! And the shopping list needs to be sorted by frozen, canned, refrigerated, etc.

9. Without even scrolling, looking at the first category, breads, I was shocked at not only the number of different items but the quantities listed.

10. Just for this review, I scrolled down the list: dairy products and eggs - 16 different items, including 2 types of milk, 3 types of cream cheese, 1 quail egg, etc.

11. Walking all over the store multiple times physically hurt me! I had really high hopes for this program.When I am scrolling through the CHANGE recipes and then look and leave for a minute, the recipes change.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Klinio Issues

1. Fix Klinio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Klinio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Klinio App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Klinio" » Open Klinio: Health & Weight loss » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Klinio » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Klinio: Health & Weight loss app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Klinio servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Klinio: Health & Weight loss" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Klinio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Klinio might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Klinio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Klinio then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Klinio not working


2. Fix Klinio Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Klinio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Klinio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Klinio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • You are charging me for an app I do not want. Lease reverse you $101.00 + $1.00 charges from my credit card, cancel subscription, I have never used it and was not notified of renewal.

  • Meal plan is unusable...contains nothing I would eat (porridge, oatmeal, tofu). Can not add my own foods...does not have fruit, veggies and lean meat options...is not at all what I expected. I would like my money back, and cancel going forward.
