Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Sport Plus Health Issues

1. Fix Sport Plus Health Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Sport Plus Health: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Sport Plus Health App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sport Plus Health" » Open Sport Plus Health » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sport Plus Health » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Sport Plus Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sport Plus Health servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sport Plus Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Sport Plus Health app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sport Plus Health might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Sport Plus Health. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sport Plus Health then reinstall.
