Fitter Customer Insights

1. Thought I cancelled the subscription until I got hit with a $47 charge 6 months later, turns out "cancel plan" option in settings in the app does not cancel your subscription plan.

2. I got tired of restarting and skipped every section I had already completed, BUT skipping doesn't keep time and I finished a 15min workout in 1:45 minutes.

3. Fitter, do better with your customer service.Not worth the $! I took a quiz online & the results and plan looked promising.

4. I was charged for a renewal this morning and emailed minutes after to cancel and request a refund.

5. I understand that, but I've never had a subscription to any service where they didn't email a reminder ahead of time.

6. No sound, so good luck working out while holding your phone.Very poor customer service.

7. Sometimes if you're doing crunches or in other similar positions, you can't see the screen and have no idea what time is left.Needs improvement.

8. Note: when you pay their exhorbitant price for a training plan, you don't get to keep it.

9. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS APP! I would like a refund of the weeks that I have not and cannot use.

10. The workout plans are extremely basic (front arm rotations, back arm rotations, squats, crunches) for only 20 seconds each.

11. The logo is very similar to FitOn, a well reviewed and popular fitness plan & app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fitter Issues

1. Fix Fitter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fitter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fitter App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fitter" » Open Fitter » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fitter » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fitter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fitter servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fitter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fitter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fitter might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fitter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fitter then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fitter not working


2. Fix Fitter Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fitter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fitter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fitter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Does not cancel when contact multiple ways the phone number on paypal trx is not a full phone number, very fraudulent practices and should be giving refunds to all that request when they do not show any terms and conditions with welcome email post download of app and email from emails that cannot reply to for cancelling. BBB attorney general app store and more being reached out to with fraudulent methods used by company.

  • I have tried to find out how to cancel my subscription with you. I have now emailed twice. My iphone does not indicate that I have an ongoing subscription with you, yet I am being charged $65 every six months for something I am not using. I would appreciate if you would answer my emails, and cancel my subsription ASAP.

  • I am requesting a total refund and to cancel my subscription. I asked this to be done a day after getting it because I could never get logged in and therefore never once used the app. I don't want to know how to get in now, it's been a month. I just want my money back and no longer want anything to do with this company.
