Why should I report an Issue with MinSalud Digital?

Room for improvement?Keeps crashing, everytine after recording the symptoms and want to obtain the QR code the apps crashes i have used it in the past but since a week it keeps crashing even after many re installations and restarts The app should be less depending on dowloaded data specially for people in areas with poor connections You should be able to renew you qr code before the the 24 hr expire i use it for work and at some point i cant renew before leaving the house as you have to wait on the old expidOnly allowed local phone numbers.

It's incredible that an app trying to be so important has bugs of this magnitude, I selected the airline for my flight correctly and then the qr code generator changes the airline, not only for me but for other passengers too, I hope this is not a problem at the airport, seems like the developers are using indexes for the airline list whose index doesn't correspond the selection (i.e. the string corresponding to the selection has different index than the real selection)...The app is draining more than 50% of my battery, even without any active use.

I can see from the reviews they have made little attempt to fix the problems.Couldn't be more useless, quite literally just a bunch of links you can easily find yourself, what's the point in wasting tax payer money in the development of this garbage? If the government wants to data mine at least that information should be public, but it isn't, you can't even see the amount of cases per zone or such.

4. Generating a QR code is a nightmare as all text fields and drop down lists get constantly reseted when I switch apps to get the information I need (flight no., etc.)Here are the shortcomings: 1.

5. Not everyone traveling to Colombia will have a data plan to use Anyone doing system testing and thinking over adding an app and then it is limited in scope and usage.

6. Fix this before you impose rules and regulations on visitors!!!How proactive is this App? Tourists, foreign exchange agents, shipping trade by air and sea bring many people who could benefit the purpose of this App.

7. When you try to get in.. it ask you a code which should be sent to the phone but it has not arrived yet, I've been waiting for a long time.

8. Only works with Colombian phone numbers so totally useless for foreign tourists.

9. Adding the option of international area codes will facilitate inclusive access for all visiting Colombia.

10. The Pull down did not work for my country code to activate 3.

1. Fix MinSalud Digital Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MinSalud Digital: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MinSalud Digital App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MinSalud Digital" » Open MinSalud Digital » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MinSalud Digital » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MinSalud Digital app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MinSalud Digital servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MinSalud Digital" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MinSalud Digital app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MinSalud Digital might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MinSalud Digital. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MinSalud Digital then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MinSalud Digital not working

2. Fix MinSalud Digital Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MinSalud Digital be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MinSalud Digital not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MinSalud Digital may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
