Customer Insights

1. I suggest the following improvements: - make the text larger - both the question text and the answers (now the question text is super small, can't be changed) - make the check boxes and radio buttons larger, easy to tap with a finger - show the check-boxes and radios under the questions not on a separate page - on the separate page for the multiple choice answers, the obvious button is the "X" not the checkmark to submit - more separation between questions (visual) - Overall more tablet friendly layout Thanks for offering a good product with a decent free plan.Like the form making and ease to submit.

2. For example in my case, I didn't knew the limit was only 3 forms, so I experimented with the first two, and in the 3rd one, which was the only final form, I need to edit only one field from a drop down menu, which I am not allowed to do, as a result all the time I invested in it is now wasted.

3. Don't like that I can't save multiple entries until I am ready to submit don't like that document, once submitted shows all sections even if not filled and in a Form format with drop downs shown.

4. In some instances, images that have been collected on the form disappear when reviewing the document or when merging with a template and have to be re-uploaded which is absolutely frustrating.

5. Each field has to be selected individually instead of just being able to press "next" to go to the next field.it's ok, but I don't know why it cannot download the attachment uploaded to the form using this app.

6. Of cause subform could be replaced by other fields but it makes form longer and losing some advantages of subform.

7. When you edit the form, there is a clash on updated data with that on the mobile app even after syncing.Ok. Lacking in a lot of ways.

8. Will be looking elsewhere specifically for this reason.It is the best free forms app I found for taking off-line surveys (after trying several other options).

9. I am disappointed!The experience with the form builder and entries were quite good.

10. But I am disappointed for only one thing that the form fields cannot be edited once the form is complete.

11. I try to upload a form with mobile network and it takes literally hours to upload a few information.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Issues

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open Mobile Forms App - Zoho Forms » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Mobile Forms App - Zoho Forms app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobile Forms App - Zoho Forms" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working


2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
