1. As it is now I don't even know if it's a minor warning or a full blown outage.Does the job but it's annoying that it often has multiple simultaneous alerts for the same event and doesn't provide any detail in the alert text once there is more than one alert - makes it impossible to know what is going on from my smart watchPush notifications not working on alerts.
2. Sending screendumps of latest alerts containing monitor names "This is notifications inside app" Support has now forgotten the core issue.
3. Yes, I'm sure it's very useful even during the day to alert you to other types of problems but if it can't wake you in the middle of the night when you most need it to have your back, then it fails badly. Not 5 stars because I'd really like to see a 1x1 widget for a single monitor, or overall status of all monitors.
4. I'd expect better than an application that can't get push notifications right.Given this is a monitoring platform, I want good alerts.
5. The existing widgets are too bigno more alerts notifications!!!awesome app, but it would be great to acknowledge notifications from the notification itself.
6. As it stands, I use an old BB Z10 configured with custom email alerts to notify me when it receives an email and it's loud as hell and WILL wake me in the middle of the night.
7. This is such a wasteThe "push notification" permissions granted to this application on install were meant for monitor alerts and not advertising.
8. Here's what the app needs: - Ability to select custom sounds and available sounds must be loud and irritating! - Ability to set volume independent of the phone settings, if possible.
9. It just tells you "you have 2 notifications." They really need to improve their notification game so I can actually tell if something is urgent or not.
10. now when i have multiple unread notifications and i get one more, i have to open the app to mark them read, so next time i can see the title of it from the lock screen.
11. How can this possible wake you up in the middle of the night? No phone monitoring app seems to understand this very essential function and I've tested a few.
