Go Program Way2Go Card Customer Insights

1. If i can get it figured out, I would easily give this app 5 stars!For years I could not use the eppicard site.. login never worked.. but this has been a life saver!! Thank you to the GoProgram and this amazing app!! The text and call alerts are also very convenient! Having to call the 800 number was just irritating and they would charge you just for calling and checking your balance.

2. The number on the back sends you into an endless loop of computer prompts leading nowhere.Installed the app, chose the send notification for deposits, it doesn't work, also chose the send notification for if your account gets to be less than 30dollars, that also doesn't work.

3. I cannot find a customer service that isn't automated and will lead me to how to change my address.SMHMy card is for CS payments and there aren't any convenient options with this card.

4. Absolutely horrible, wish we had other options for these child support cards.Very difficult app to log into especially for somebody that cannot spell or has a hard time reading (dyslexia) have not seen a biometrics setting but it would be helpful to have.

5. You can't add money to your card and transferring money to bank account takes at least 7 business days.

6. The app itself is not so bad, but the inability to contact a real human regardless of what options you choose when calling the number on the back of the card is terrible.

7. It isn't right that I can't use my card how I want to and get denied many times trying to use for transactions when I know there is money in the account.

8. If you select the wrong option too many times, rather than get someone to help - it just hangs up! What a joke.*Update* Is there any purpose to having an app if it's only going to direct you to use the website? Just when I thought Way2Go couldn't get any worse it out did itself.

9. I'm also perplexed as to how there is a transfer feature, but when I attempted to use it the money was pending in my account for 2 days then a reversal credit 😐.

10. The problem? Ever since the update, the app doesn't work! There is no way to log in, it will only let me access through the website, and you cannot do anything there but basic functions.

11. It sometimes gets glitchy when I want to check my balance and I HATE that I'm unable to screenshot my balance or certain transactions when I need to.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Go Program Way2Go Card Issues

1. Fix Go Program Way2Go Card Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Go Program Way2Go Card: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Go Program Way2Go Card App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Go Program Way2Go Card" » Open Go Program Way2Go Card » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Go Program Way2Go Card » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Go Program Way2Go Card app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Go Program Way2Go Card servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Go Program Way2Go Card" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Go Program Way2Go Card app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Go Program Way2Go Card might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Go Program Way2Go Card. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Go Program Way2Go Card then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Go Program Way2Go Card not working


2. Fix Go Program Way2Go Card Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Go Program Way2Go Card be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Go Program Way2Go Card not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Go Program Way2Go Card may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • First off I will figure out exactly what this app is up to.This is the worst app I have ever heard or dealt with.Ive never been able to fully sign up for online account which means I can't fully keep track of all transactions.I have up.Now my card is being declined
    I had $180 last night n haven't used it since but yet I'm being declined from buying$1 soda.Heres the worse part.It won't even take my card # or my pin so that way I'm able to speak with a so called live human representative so I can find out where my money is.i will most likely be calling the police for help cuz no one at this bank is doin damn thing.in the mean time my child will be going without.Which I will not tolerate so wld be wise for someone to get in contact with me cuz this mama bear won't settle for anything less.esp when it's her child's money n the child will suffer without it

  • My card was issued the guest time before the address was updated. They charged me $5 when I asked the rep if she was super they would have the right address because I had just updated it with child support 10 minutes before I called them. She assured me it was updated. I had to wait 6 days before it would let me speak to someone from the issue date of the card. I finally get through and the rep tells me it must have went to old Address and she would stop that card and issue a new one which would be another $5. Then offered expedited service for $20. I opted for it and she said it would come in 2 days. That was 3/24 and today is 3/28 and it didn’t come today and I can’t speak to a person because it tells me I have to wait 6 days. So I have paid got expedited shipping and it didn’t come in the time Frame I was promised. I need to speak to a rep but I can’t find any number to call a live person and automated line Keepd hanging up on me. I want the $20 back because it wasn’t here today like I was promised!   • GoProgram account site https://www.goprogram.com/goedcrecipient/#/home will not let me change the date of search options. No matter what year / month I choose it stays at Aug 2020 for the first field. The second filed will change to the date I chose, but the first field is always August 2020 so the search will not work, and keeps saying the first date must be before the second date.

  • On January 11, 2022, I called your company to report 2 fraud claims. I also requested a replacement debit card. The representative advised me they would mail out my new card after a deposit was made on the card as I had to pay the mailing fee.

    I sent back the filled out document they requested on January 26, 2022.

  • I have been trying to transfer $ to my Cash app account bc I need to order a new card due to a crack causing it to NOT read on any machine. I have been able to do so without any trouble up until about a week ago. It now says declined by the bank when I try to make the transfer. I contacted the "way to go card" customer service and they say there is no record of any transfer attempts on their end. I contacted the cash app customer service and they said it was an issue with the card issuing bank so I'm not understanding what the issue is or where it's stemming from. I desperately need help with this matter bc I need this $ to survive raising my kids as a single mother. I can't really afford to be without any funds for the amount of time it will take to wait for a new card to arrive by mail. That's why I was trying to transfer it out; so I could go ahead and cancel the card and get a new one. Any assistance would be appreciated. Hope to hear back sooner rather than later PLEASE.   • I received a list of from Miss Child support where they had sent payments to me on a Eppicard the payments were 2008 2009 2010 2013 2014 and it may have been other years listed I respond to Miss Child Support to let them know that had not received theses payments and I asked for them to send me some confirmation on them that said the payment went to the Eppicard and I need to contact u all so that is my enquiry. Send me some confirmation or card that these payments were sent to and something showing that I used it and I received these all the payments from the years listed, because I can tell you I did not get them out n fact the absent parent was incarcerated for non payments in 2010 or 12 it’s be so long ago and was released without making and payments. I really would appreciate some help with this because I can’t get anyone on a phone to talk to concerning these payments that I supposedly received.
