1. I have been trying to check my ebt balance for the past month using it, and it keeps coming back there was an error when decrypting the data.

2. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but I think the error is on the end of the programmers and won't be able to be fixed until they look at it.This app used to work, but we haven't been able to log in for at least the past month.

3. I've tried making an account twice now, and once I get to the end it tells me it can't authorize my credentials.This app used to work but now every time I try to log in I get a sever error message.

4. Every attempt to log in or change password is met with a message saying "There is an error when decrypting the data".

5. 2 months ago, the error message was I had to change my password but it couldn't be the same as the last 13 passwords I used.

6. It keeps giving me a message of, "There is an error when decrypting the data".

7. When I first downloaded it, I couldn't even make an account and after ignoring it for a while I kept getting a "limited license" notification when I wasn't even using the app, and then the same notification would pop up when I would try to open the app only to close it out.

8. Still get the same message that User ID or password is wrong (Yes, I have it set to the correct state).

9. I can't locate any support for this app and am beyond frustrated as I tried on it to check balances.The app and the website are worthless.

10. It makes you change your password every few months so that's kind of annoying but understandable I guess.

1. Fix ConnectEBT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ConnectEBT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ConnectEBT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ConnectEBT" » Open ConnectEBT » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ConnectEBT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ConnectEBT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ConnectEBT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ConnectEBT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ConnectEBT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ConnectEBT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ConnectEBT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ConnectEBT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ConnectEBT not working

2. Fix ConnectEBT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ConnectEBT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ConnectEBT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ConnectEBT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
