Why should I report an Issue with ExpertPay?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Conduent, Inc to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Can you send payments to specific areas such arrears? You need to put options in.Payment history, payment methods, bank info and case files have all been deleted and it's not showing anything on my end but my personal infoJunk apps.

2. Poor assistance from agents.App looks just like website page... What's the point of the App if you still have to login? Why not biometric finger print for login? The website will save and load my password.Should have googled this first but it was recommended by the NY State website to use for paying child support.

3. If you want your child support payments to show up a month after they take it from your account go ahead and use this.Until you guys fix this I'm giving it 3 stars....Everything is so vague with expertpay.

4. NYS wants a future deposit since I moved out of state.I tried to make a large $3,000 payment to satisfy that and it was processed.+$60 fee to Conduent.The next day Conduent closed my account.

5. I give 2 stars for Bien a great idea but still needs a lot of work to be beneficial and trustworthy.ExpertPay/Conduent closed my account.

6. ExpertPayFinance is saying I had to many credit cards listed also that I had to make structured payments in $800 until I reached a total of $3k.

7. Although it is a convient way to make payments when it works, it's also annoying not knowing if your payments will be made on time as scheduled.

8. Too slow and they charge 2.95% fees if you are paying child support by credits card.

9. I found it not only 2 be easy, but it's a huge help in making it easier to make my weekly payment.

10. Wish they had this 10 years ago!App is not easy to use doesn't save user ID and password saving is not a thing it's overly complicated.

1. Fix ExpertPay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ExpertPay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ExpertPay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ExpertPay" » Open ExpertPay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ExpertPay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ExpertPay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ExpertPay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ExpertPay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ExpertPay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ExpertPay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ExpertPay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ExpertPay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ExpertPay not working

2. Fix ExpertPay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ExpertPay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ExpertPay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ExpertPay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
