Go Program Way2Go Card Customer Insights

1. If i can get it figured out, I would easily give this app 5 stars!For years I could not use the eppicard site.. login never worked.. but this has been a life saver!! Thank you to the GoProgram and this amazing app!! The text and call alerts are also very convenient! Having to call the 800 number was just irritating and they would charge you just for calling and checking your balance.

2. The number on the back sends you into an endless loop of computer prompts leading nowhere.Installed the app, chose the send notification for deposits, it doesn't work, also chose the send notification for if your account gets to be less than 30dollars, that also doesn't work.

3. I cannot find a customer service that isn't automated and will lead me to how to change my address.SMHMy card is for CS payments and there aren't any convenient options with this card.

4. Absolutely horrible, wish we had other options for these child support cards.Very difficult app to log into especially for somebody that cannot spell or has a hard time reading (dyslexia) have not seen a biometrics setting but it would be helpful to have.

5. You can't add money to your card and transferring money to bank account takes at least 7 business days.

6. The app itself is not so bad, but the inability to contact a real human regardless of what options you choose when calling the number on the back of the card is terrible.

7. It isn't right that I can't use my card how I want to and get denied many times trying to use for transactions when I know there is money in the account.

8. If you select the wrong option too many times, rather than get someone to help - it just hangs up! What a joke.*Update* Is there any purpose to having an app if it's only going to direct you to use the website? Just when I thought Way2Go couldn't get any worse it out did itself.

9. I'm also perplexed as to how there is a transfer feature, but when I attempted to use it the money was pending in my account for 2 days then a reversal credit 😐.

10. The problem? Ever since the update, the app doesn't work! There is no way to log in, it will only let me access through the website, and you cannot do anything there but basic functions.

11. It sometimes gets glitchy when I want to check my balance and I HATE that I'm unable to screenshot my balance or certain transactions when I need to.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Go Program Way2Go Card Issues

1. Fix Go Program Way2Go Card Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Go Program Way2Go Card: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Go Program Way2Go Card App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Go Program Way2Go Card" » Open Go Program Way2Go Card » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Go Program Way2Go Card » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Go Program Way2Go Card app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Go Program Way2Go Card servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Go Program Way2Go Card" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Go Program Way2Go Card app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Go Program Way2Go Card might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Go Program Way2Go Card. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Go Program Way2Go Card then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Go Program Way2Go Card not working


2. Fix Go Program Way2Go Card Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Go Program Way2Go Card be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Go Program Way2Go Card not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Go Program Way2Go Card may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hello there, I just received my new Way2Go Card. However I forgot my user id for the go program online site to do my card activation or what not.. I have been trying to reach out to the customer service online and am unable as it is always busy. I am calling from the Northern Pacific Islands and the calling rate is high, leading me to lose money just calling a busy number. please help I need the cash in the card for my kids as covid19 has reached our shores and the cost of living has gone up so crazy.

  • Registered Way2Go App with one card then an ATM ate it. Reported it Lost and received replacement, attempted to obtain the username I forgot and the security question I know the answer to is saying it’s wrong and I’ve been locked out of my account now. I attempted to enroll with new card but app says my info is already enrolled in system-of course it is but probably to my old card right? Is that why my security question isn’t working because when you request a forgotten username you must enter card # and CVV# which is my new replacement card I never registered to the app with.
